This item is available to be pre-ordered. You will not be charged until the item is in stock and you are contacted with shipping info. In many cases for smaller and limited production run units, this is a way to go to insure that you are in line to receive one.

All California orders are charged a current 9.25% state sales tax whether or not the order is picked up, shipped, or delivered. All other domestic and international orders are not charged sales tax.
Most orders ship fully insured via UPS Ground with a tracking number within 48 hrs. Smaller orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail. As you enter items into the cart, the shipping rate will be calculated. If you require Next Day or 2-Day Service, please ignore the posted shipping rates and let us know your needs in the Special Instructions box that follows. We will be in contact with rates within 24 hours.

Generally we are shipping smaller items via USPS EMS which gives you a tracking number and insurance and shipping large items via the cheapest international couriers we can find. Please also realize that we are not responsible and do not have any control over import duties and taxes that may apply and vary from country to country. You are responsible and must pay for these fees.
Please contact us first before returning merchandise. All unopened purchased items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. All returned opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in like-new condition, and show no signs of wear, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts and items that have been physically damaged or misused. Return shipping fees for all merchandise is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is defective. All defective items that are new can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers offer 1 year warranties on their products.
All used gear is sold as is and is guaranteed not to be defective. If a used item arrives DOA, then please contact us to arrange a return.

We do take trade ins and will outright purchase good condition used gear. Please feel free to contact us about gear you are considering selling and we can quote you prices for cash or credit towards trade in.
