If you see the item in stock, 98% of the time it is in stock. You will see items disappear on line from being in stock once you order them. We pride ourselves on trying to be as accurate as possible. Occasionally something may sell in store before we have the time to update the website, that is the 2% factor.
With that said, If you have questions on whether or not we carry a certain item, please email or call. With our years in business, we can get many things you do not see on the website if they are synth related. We call those Special Orders and we can personally work with you on them. For guitars or band equipment rentals, please call Guitar Center or Sam Ash. You would be amazed………
All items listed as Special Orders are usually very limited in production and by doing a Special Order you are insuring that you receive the next unit that we receive. Our time estimates on those items are reasonable current estimates based upon what we are hearing from the manufacturers. Sometimes those estimates take longer and we do appreciate your patience.
Please also realize that stock is limited on many of the limited items that we carry. Buchla is not Korg and some of the smaller manufacturers of modules are just one person operations. Not trying to be the pushy salesperson here, but if you see something you want, grab it if you can afford it. There will always be another Monologue in a new color but runs of handmade Tom Oberheim SEM’s are limited.

SALES TAX / IMPORT DUTY
All California orders are charged a current 9.5% state sales tax when shipped, or delivered. All other domestic and international orders ARE NOT charged sales tax. We can’t get around taxes and they will only increase over time because as the saying goes “you can’t escape death or taxes” and we would prefer to escape death.
All International Orders will be assessed some kind of import duty/tax. We get to pay it when we import some of the gear you purchase from us. Import Duties differ from country to country, so international customers please do your diligence and research that number so you are not too surprised. You are responsible for all such import taxes. We have over 10 years of experience shipping internationally so we can handle the customs paperwork on our end for you.
All Items ordered will ship within 24 hours on most occasions baring technological or human interference except during the weekends when anything ordered will ship on the first business day Monday. Please review your order and give us your accurate delivery address. Orders once shipped that have to be re-routed will incur whatever fee we are charged to do that. Packages that are returned to us will incur a second shipping fee if the item is still desired and needs to be re-shipped.
Larger orders in size or dollar total ship fully insured, signature required for delivery, via UPS Ground with a tracking number. Please let us know if you do not want Signature Required. You are then responsible if your neighbor down the block “borrows” your delivery. Unlike Farmers Insurance, we have not seen it all and we have a hard time dealing with scammers from all over the world.
Smaller orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and often arrive within 3 business days. Way cool.
We will get your item packaged well and to UPS or USPS. Please realize we are not in the shipping business and have no control over when these agencies post tracking numbers and the reliability of them. In the end, most all deliveries do show up and just require a little patience.If you require Next Day or 2 Day Delivery, please contact us via email or phone first so that we may get you an exact quote.
Calculated on a flat rate basis per item.
Domestic Flat Rates are $5.00/$15.00/$25.00 per item depending upon size and weight.
ALL Domestic Orders over $1000.00 Ship Free.
International Flat Rates are $25.00/$50.00/$75.00 per item depending upon size and weight. Some extra large items might require additional shipping charges.All orders are hand packed and we put our 10 years of experience into that process. We use a lot of packing materials, double box where necessary, and get the item to you the way we would want to receive it.
Please contact us first before returning any merchandise.
All unopened purchased items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase.
All returned opened merchandise is subject to a Minimum 15% to Maximum 25% restocking fee and must be returned in like-new condition, show no signs of wear, include all original packaging, accessory and documentation materials. ALL returned opened merchandise can only be returned for store credit – cash refunds will not be granted – and can be done for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Customer must pay for shipping on any returned merchandise.
Any new items that are defective can be returned to us within 15 days of purchase for immediate replacement if we have stock.
After 15 days of the purchase date, all defective items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers offer at least 1 year warranties on their products.
Noisebug will arrange to pay for your shipping any defective product back to us.
All used gear is sold as is and is guaranteed not to be defective. If a used item arrives DOA, then please contact us immediately to arrange a return as per any defective item.

We welcome trade ins in order to help you get into the gear we carry. Please feel free to contact us about gear you are considering selling and we can quote you prices in store credit on your trade ins. We can’t take everything but if your item is in good shape you could be happy with what we can do.
