In-Stock Items
Items are in stock 99% of the time. We only accept orders for products physically available in our shop. If you're still uncertain, please request a stock confirmation via email, or call us during store hours.

Local Pick-Up
Orders must be picked up within 7 days. After this, a refund will be issued.

Weekend Pick-Up
Orders can be picked up over the weekend next door at PinBug between 1-9PM. Please contact us via phone or email.

Payment Methods

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): We accept credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover), PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay, BitPay, and more. For large international orders, we accept bank wire transfers.

Sales Tax, International Orders & Import Duty

  • Orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax (7.5% to 10.25% based on location).
  • Sales tax is not charged to states outside of California.
  • International orders are subject to the varying Import Duties/VAT of your country. Please check import rates for your country online or with your local postal service.
  • The pricing of all products contain pre-calculated tariffs and import fees. There are no additional charges for domestic orders.

Shipping Information

  • Domestic: We ship Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays using UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. Expedited options are available.
  • Insurance: All orders come with $99 shipping insurance. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase additional insurance if desired.
  • International: Rates are calculated with USPS, UPS, or DHL. LTL freight is available for large items. Email for details.
  • Free Shipping: Domestic orders over $499 qualify for free ground shipping, with exceptions for large items and during occasional sales/promotions.

Returns

  • Unopened Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days.
  • Opened Items:  Can be returned within 30 days and a 25% restock fee will apply. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Defective Items: Return within 15 days for a full refund or replacement. After this time period items must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Used Gear: Sold as-is. If defective, contact us immediately.
  • Payment via PayPal: Refunds are issued minus PayPal fees.
  • Why the restock fee: Items that are opened, used, and returned are now used items and must be resold as such.
