Description

Solar Controller — Light-Driven CV Generator

The Solar Controller converts light into control voltage, letting you interact with sound using your hands, lamps, or shadows. It works as a standalone instrument or can patch directly into a Eurorack system.

Key Features

• Two independent solar panels (0–5 V CV)

• Triple López Gate — 3 mechanical switches for finger drumming or external gate input

• 100% solar-powered — no external power needed

• Eurorack-compatible 3.5 mm jacks; works with pedals and standalone synths

Applications

• Gesture-based control like a light Theremin

• Trigger gates and rhythms manually

• Animate parameters with natural light changes

• Integrate with sequencers, LFOs, or drum machines
