The Bree6 Keyboard from GS Music is an expansion of their compact desktop unit of the same name, now with full size keys, built-in arpeggiator, and with the same beloved sound. Using all analog components, the Bree6 delivers a warm and organic quality while offering a deep flexibility for designing diverse tones. With just a single VCO per voice, which includes a sub-oscillator, you get a world of possible sounds: select the saw, square, or both which then goes through a 4-pole low pass filter for sculpting. Add modulation with convenient controls for routing the LFO or envelope to affect filter cutoff, VCO tuning, PWM, and more. While there is a small screen for navigating preset patches and other duties, the Bree6 excels at quick patching thanks to its knob-per-function design, keeping the focus on music making without getting lost in sprawling menus.
While the sound of the Bree6 Keyboard is the same as its desktop counterpart, the feel of playing it is completely different. The full-size keys are a smooth delight to play and with 37 of them, you are at no shortage of intervals. Integrated on the front panel is an arpeggiator with selectable range and pattern, along with a sequencer for exceptional melodic expression. Elegantly crafted, the Bree6 Keyboard from GS Music is an analog wonderland that is fit for any studio.
