Yodo—You Only Distort Once—is a Eurorack-format homage to the Sunn O))) beta-lead preamp by Manifold Research Centre. Internally, the distortion is based on CMOS inverters for incredibly thick sonic decimation, with Bass, Mid, and Treble controls for tone shaping. A Feedback path with a send/return loop is available for adding optionally affected chaos to Yodo. Both the main output and feedback path feature VCAs with CV inputs for dynamic control of Yodo.
